Elgato Stream Deck MK.2

Running a stream means juggling a lot at once: switching scenes, muting your mic, playing a sound effect, posting a going-live message. The Stream Deck MK.2 puts all of that on 15 small LCD keys, each showing its own icon, so you can trigger actions without alt-tabbing out of your game.

Each key can fire a single action or a whole chain of them. One press could switch your OBS scene, mute your mic and dim your lights at the same time. Plugins cover OBS, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Spotify, Philips Hue, Elgato’s own gear and many others, and the screens update to show you the command went through, which is reassuring mid-stream when you can’t double-check.

It isn’t just for streamers either. Video editors, music producers and photographers map hotkeys to it, and plenty of PC gamers use it for Discord controls and media keys. Fifteen keys fill up quickly once you get into it, and the first setup takes some time while you figure out what you actually want on each key. For anyone who streams or just wants a tidy control panel for their PC, it quickly becomes one of the most used things on the desk.
