Corsair Void RGB Elite Wireless Gaming Headset

Some headsets suit a glass-panel white PC build, and the white Void RGB Elite is one of them. It connects to a PC or PS4 over low-latency 2.4GHz wireless through the included USB adapter, and aluminum yokes give the frame some extra strength.

The 50mm high-density neodymium drivers cover a wide 20Hz to 30,000Hz frequency range, so there’s room for both deep explosions and fine detail like distant footsteps. The ear pads use breathable microfiber mesh over memory foam, which runs cooler than leatherette in long sessions, a real plus if your gaming room gets warm.

The mic is a simple and smart design: flip it up to mute, and an LED on the tip lights up so you know you’re muted. That saves a lot of awkward moments in voice chat. It’s an omnidirectional mic, though, so it can catch more of your keyboard and room noise than a cardioid mic would. Mesh pads also let more outside sound in than sealed ones. For PC and PlayStation players who want a comfortable wireless headset that looks good on a clean, light-colored desk, it’s a strong option.
